38-hour work week
Salary up to € 3.500 gross per month
Salary up to €3.500 gross per month

You can fully concentrate on what you love most: fixing, improving and perfecting bikes. In a modern, well-equipped workshop you independently handle diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on all kinds of e-bikes. One day you might be working on a city bike, the next on a speed pedelec. You select the right parts, perform software updates and ensure a perfect end result.
Because you’re not distracted by customers at the counter or phone duties, you can fully focus on quality. You also think along about how things can be improved and contribute to a smart and efficient workshop.
You work a 38-hour week, always from Monday to Friday. You earn up to €3.500 gross per month, depending on your experience. You work in a clean, bright workshop with premium tools like Wera, Park Tool and diagnostic equipment from Bosch and Shimano. You enjoy plenty of variety in brands and models and have clear growth opportunities with evaluations every six months.
You’ll be part of an international scale-up focused on sustainability and circularity. Your work directly contributes to a quieter, cleaner city. In a team with short lines of communication and a great atmosphere, your technical craftsmanship is truly appreciated.

09:01
Short stand-up with the Operations Manager and Head of Mechanics: you run through the repair plan for the day, celebrate yesterday’s wins and discuss any special cases. It takes no more than 10 minutes, and afterwards everyone knows exactly what to do.
09:15
You pick up the bike you were working on yesterday, or dive into the first new job of the day. Your workbench is ready, your tools are clean, the lift is at the right height.
10:12
A tricky fault on the second bike? No stress. You call over the Head of Mechanics. Five minutes of thinking together and you’ve got the solution.
10:24
Back in your flow: music in one ear, torque wrench in the other hand.
12:30
Lunchtime! Head to the chill area, heat up your meal or grab something from the supermarket. Everyone eats together, stories are shared and there’s plenty of laughter.
13:03
Time for the afternoon sprint. The next bike is already waiting on your lift.
13:30
Full focus. Bikes move smoothly through your workstation: you run diagnostics, carry out repairs or upgrades and do the final checks. You hit your daily goal and that feels good.
15:34
Time for five minutes of fresh air. Stretching your legs matters too!
15:40
Final stretch. One more bike, one more perfect result.
17:32
Your shift is done. Is there still a bike on the lift? No problem. You park it safely, put down your tools and head home with a good feeling.
Curious about other days of the week? Benedikt (Workshop Manager) will tell you all about it!
